Having worked for 15+ years in organizations that produce excellent customer service, uncommonly positive culture, and high levels of leadership, Kyle is eager to share and add value to your company. You may recognize some of the companies he worked for whose leadership and culture are reputable, such as Chick-fil-A, YMCA, Boosterthon, and Costco.
Looking for a way to utilize his unique skill set and experiences, Kyle was inspired to start consulting. He had a desire to help companies develop and achieve organizational health after being given an opportunity in 2018 where he was charged with creating the core values and company newsletter to shape leadership and culture for his company. Additionally he was asked to spearhead a grass roots sales program. These responsibilities transformed into a desire to bring these realities to other companies.
The Five Groundings offers innovative ideas and paradigm shifting strategies to business owners who know they need a shift in their company’s organizational health.
Kyle has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Ministry from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Additionally, he is certified by The John Maxwell Team to conduct organizational trainings, keynote speaking, and corporate coaching. Kyle is also Guide Certified by GiANT Worldwide, a consulting firm that works with several Fortune 500 companies, such as Google, Pfizer, Air Force, Leidos, Chick-fil-A, and Delta.
In his free time, Kyle enjoys surfing, lacrosse, traveling, and preaching. He played lacrosse for PBAU during his time in university, a sport he’s played since high school. He is the co-founder of a vibrant ministry in South Florida called The Collective. Kyle has spoken at conferences in Colombia and Brazil and has traveled extensively throughout the years and continues to do so.
